Dr. Shane Daniels
As a double board-certified pain management and rehabilitation medicine physician, Shane Daniels brings more than a decade of medical experience to Seaside Spine & Pain Center team. Dr. Daniels received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma, he completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) residency at University of California – Irvine and his pain fellowship at Integrated Pain Management in Walnut Creek, California. Before relocating to Wilmington, Dr. Daniels practiced pain management physician at a private practice in Orange County, California. Dr Daniels is a North Carolina native and is excited to return home to NC. Husband and proud parent of 2 boys which keep him busy traveling, surfing, boating, and other sporting activities.

Sean Hensler, PA-C
Sean Hensler, PA-C, has called Wilmington home for over 20 years, with almost 16 years of that specifically in neurological spine and brain surgery, pain management and vascular surgery. Sean served his country proudly in the US Marine Corps from 1996 -2001 as an FMF Combat Medic for the Navy Hospital Corps. He completed multiple deployments all over the world. Sean has been credited with inviting multiple spinal devices used all over the world. Sean describes himself as a simple, old school face-to-face clinician, focused on improving patient care, developing treatment plans that are well understood and solutions that make sense. Sean enjoys boating, paddle boarding, fitness, family and sitting on the beach decompressing.
Hannah Wagner, PA-C
Hannah Wagner is a Wilmington native and the newest addition to the Seaside Spine & Pain team. She recently graduated from Campbell University’s Masters of Physician Assistant Practice program in 2024 and is excited to begin her career serving the community she grew up in. Hannah earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching from Salem College. She played four years of collegiate soccer, served as team captain for two years, and was named Athlete of the Year during her time at Salem College. She is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and is eager to grow alongside the experienced team at Seaside. In her free time, Hannah enjoys walking on the beach and spending time with her Chesapeake Bay retriever, Hudson.
